Collection: Hellblazer 1988 Series

The Hellblazer comic book series was developed its own universe in which no superheroes appear, suggesting that they no longer exist. John Constantine, is portrayed as a con man who does morally questionable things, arguably for the greater good. He triumphs through guile, deceit, and misdirection, and often makes more enemies than he defeats. Constantine is unable to effect any lasting change or enjoy unequivocal victories.
