Thank you for visiting and shopping at Comic Source. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout based on the following rates:

• Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days): $6.99 flat rate. Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $84.99.
• Priority Shipping (1 to 3 business days): $14.99 flat rate.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues out of our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Comic Source is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If you receive a damaged order, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at support@comicsource.com so we can make it right. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
