The Phantom Planet comic book is based on the 1961 science fiction film.
The lead character, astronaut Frank Chapman, played by Dean Fredericks, encounters a race of tiny people on a distant planet. Due to the planet's unusual atmosphere, he is shrunk to six inches.
The comic book is also known as Four Color Comics #1234.
