Scatterbrain is superhero noir set in Devil's Hopyard, a bleak and crime-ridden city that's seen better days. The hero is not the superhero Scatterbrain, himself; but Detective Jack Anderfold, a once-great cop who's determined to take Scatterbrain down in hopes of regaining his former glory.
