Collection: Sonic the Hedgehog July 1993 Series

Originally starting out as a 4-issue tie-in with the original Sega Genesis game series, Sonic the Hedgehog eventually blossomed out into a continuation of the 1994 Saturday morning cartoon series.

Sonic the Hedgehog follows the exploits of a group of rebel freedom fighters as they fight against the dictatorship of Dr. Eggman. Dr. Eggman wants nothing less than total planetary domination.

The series holds the Guinness Record for the longest comic book series based on a video-game.
