Annie Oakley and Tagg comic books are based on the TV series which fictionalized the life of famous sharpshooter Annie Oakley. It ran from January 1954 to February 1957 in syndication. The show starred Gail Davis, and co-starred Brad Johnson as Deputy Sheriff Lofty Craig and Jimmy Hawkins, as Annie's brother, Tagg.The first 3 issues are also named Four Color Comics #438, 481 and 575. These early issues were named "Annie Oakley"
