The DC Super-Stars comic book series was an anthology. The first issues are reprints, but it finished its run with original stories. A recurring feature of was "DC Super-Stars of Space", reprinting Silver Age science-fiction stories starring Adam Strange, Hawkman, the Atomic Knights, Space Cabbie, Captain Comet, Tommy Tomorrow, the Star Rovers, and Space Ranger. The series' later issue included Aquaman, heroes with guns, sports, magic-users. Issue #12 was the first with new stories with different characters.
