The alien Kree experimented on humans thousands of years ago and the descendants of the people experimented upon are the Inhumans. Medusa, one of the Inhumans first appeared in Fantastic Four (1961 series) #3. She is married to Black Bolt, another Inhuman. Their first series was in Amazing Adventures (1970 series).
