Jonah Woodson Hex is a Western comic book antihero, a surly and cynical bounty hunter whose face is horribly scarred. Despite his poor personality, Hex is bound by a code of honor to protect and avenge the innocent. The character was portrayed by Josh Brolin in the 2010 film adaptation. Jonah Hex originally appeared in All-Star Western and Weird Western Tales (1972 series).
