The title was originally an anthology, until the Thor was introduced and became the main feature. The numbering for this series is a bit awkward. The series ran from issue #1 to #125. Then the series was continued as Thor (1966 series) #126 to #502. In 1996, Marvel published issues #503 through 521. They are listed as Journey Into Mystery (1996 series).
